Now he must find out who's been messing with his head, and why. And no hero or villain will stop him from getting answers.

Characters 

Wild Sabre: He's an energetic, thrill seeking low tier villain. However, he's become more and more unhappy with his life. He hates taking so many losses at the hands of heroes he considers beneath his level. But then, after a fight with a psychic heroine, new memories are unlocked and a new realization: his memories were a lie, implanted by a mysterious doctor. Now, he'll stop at nothing to find out why. He can create tendrils of solid energy from the tips of his fingers, which he uses in creative ways.

Spark Star: A goofy, fun loving criminal. A former actress turned criminal after many failed attempts at success and a mental breakdown. Her powers include levitation and generation of energy sparks, which can produce intense light, powerful sonic booms, or even concentrated explosions.

Strike-back: A street level hero. He's a thrill seeker and adrenaline junkie. His greatest high is beating up supervillains using his wide range of weapons and tasers. He acts tough, but will show his true colors when the going gets rough.
