2. What happens when WING™ doesn’t reach its goal?
We are confident that we will reach our campaign goal! But if we, by any reason, do not get funded successfully, you will get your money back. Guaranteed!
3. Is there a risk if I’m contributing?
We feel fully accountable to the backers. You can be sure that we’ll keep a rigorous eye on the financials. We have a highly talented team and we are 100% dedicated to ship an outstanding product, no matter what.
4. Is there a warranty?
We are super serious in getting the best user experience possible. We offer an exclusive 1-year warranty on all the electronic components.
5. Does the WING™ Earphone have an included microphone?
Yes! You can answer a call with your WING™ Earphone!
6. How can I recharge my WING™ Earphone?
The WING™ Earphone comes with a micro USB cable, which charges the batteries within 2 hours. Letting you enjoy another 8 hours of your favorite powersongs!
7. I have small / abnormal ears, will the earphones fit?
Your WING™ Earphone will be delivered 6 different sized eartips! We have tested dozens of people and they all agreed the fit and comfort was great. If the eartips still do not suit you, we promise you that we will find a solution that fits your ears! Please feel free to check out our "what people say" video.
8. How is the sound quality?
Being enthusiastic music lovers, sound quality was an absolute priority for us. We have partnered up with a leading high-end production facility, which means we’re using the same speakers as high-end audio companies. Please feel free to check out our "product specs" for specified information.
9. Are the earphones waterproof?
Yes! WING™ Earphones are IPX4 rated. This means that you can sweat as much as you want!
10. Is the WING™ Earphone customizable?
We want all our backers to be happy and satisfied with our product, and don’t want to make false promises. We decided to offer limited customizability of the earphone, however as seen in our stretch goals, you as backer can support customizable options by sharing our campaign!
11. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs change depending on the chosen perk and your location. Select your country in the check our process and the shipping costs will be shown instantly.
Please bare in mind that any import taxes for your country will be your responsibility.
12. When can I receive my WING™ Earphone?
We guarantee that the second batch of earphones will be shipped November 2016.
13. What happens if I change address before you ship?
We’ll make an announcement 1 month before we ship. You’ll then be able to update your address on your Indiegogo profile.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
There will be no exchanges or returns unless there is a manufacturing defect. To begin the refund/exchange process you must send a request to support@wingearphones.com within 7 days of receiving the product (Subject: "Refund"). Provide an explanation of the defect and pictures of the product / packaging. If applicable, you will receive a WING Return/Exchange Form in order to complete your request.
Any returned items received by us without prior notification and approval will not be processed.
All returns/exchanges must be postmarked no more than 30 days after your request has been authorized and include a completed WING Return/Exchange Form in order to complete your request.
