Brief Introduction
Hello everyone!
I am Martina, an Italian filmmaker based in London and graduated at London College of Communication in 2017. My passion for film adaptations is what has driven me to start directing. As I was reading "The Motel", written by Italian writer Chiara Stefanacci, I could already see the potential film within it.
WITHIN, LOVE is my first adaptation as writer/director and it will be not only the springboard for my career but also it will serve to encourage young writers and filmmakers to collaborate with creative ideas. It will be part of a series of short stories adaptation that will give more visibility to writers and filmmakers from different backgrounds. There are definitely too many untold stories out there!
Synopsys
Miss Johnson doesn’t understand sex, she doesn’t like it, she never did. Neither did she understand love and whatever it was in between those couples that she saw every day in her motel.
All her life she worked at the love motel her father owned, so small and isolated she was always working alone, but with a couple after the other coming in, she saw - and heard - enough of that love in her 70 years of life to have made up her mind about it. But is it too late for her to find that trigger?

Writer-Director // Martina Giuseppone is a film Director born in Genoa, Italy. She studied film at London College of Communication where she developed a passion for screenwriting, directing and set design. The combination of the arts is what inspires her the most to grow as an eclectic filmmaker.

Producer // Rebecca Gill is a 3rd year Film Practice student at University of the Arts London. With several years experience producing films around the world, Rebecca finally took the plunge and moved to London from Lancashire to pursue a career in Film. To this day she continues to work on various mediums of moving image while gaining her degree at UAL & also working as a social media manager & researcher for numerous production companies in the film industry.

Director of Photography // Andrea Sarcinelli has studied at the University of Arts London. Now he travels frequently between London and Rome where he practices his profession. Cinematography for him is an art, he developed a passion for this work which pushes him to explore new forms of expression.
What We Need & What You Get
My team and I are really looking forward to getting started and to do so we will need your help!
We set a £10 000 goal that will be used to cover the costs of the project such as equipment, location, props, professional casts, costumes, food and travel expenses. Every penny contributed to the film will make a huge difference. We will work in order to deliver a great product that will make you laugh and possibly inspire you and touch your life. No need to say that every perk will receive something back such as pictures, signed copies of the script and so on.
