Designed and engineered for universal compatibility across all USB-C enabled computers/tablet/phones, the 10-in-1 USB-C SUPER Dock provides access to all of the most popular ports required for use at home, at the office and on-the-go. 

Introducing the Super Dock

The Dual USB-C Super Hub has a twin USB-C cable that integrates Power, USB and DP Alt Mode functions. The dock features twin USB-C cables with one USB-C cable being primary and the other being secondary. 

Both the USB-C connectors can be connected when used with a Mac to support 2 x displays – 4K@60hz (Primary HDMI - 1) + 4K@60Hz (Secondary HDMI - 2) from 2 x HDMI outputs along with other downstream ports. If only one USB-C connector (Primary) is connected, the dock will support 2 x displays – 4K@60Hz in dual display set up via the 2 x HDMI (1 & 2) along with other downstream ports.

Only the primary USB-C connector will be used with a Windows computer and the dock will support 2 x displays – 4K@30Hz in dual display set up via the 2 x HDMI (1 & 2) along with other downstream ports. The dock also features a USB-C (USB.1 Gen1) downstream port with 5G Data and up to 100W of Power Pass thru.

Twin USB-C Cables for Windows and Mac Compatibility 

The Super Dock supports two displays at  resolutions of up to 4K UHD 60Hz connected to the two HDMI 2.0 outputs.

In addition to the ability to connect  external monitors, the dock provides access to a full range of connections for  USB-C and USB-A peripherals, Ethernet, audio devices and SD and Micro SD card  readers for transferring your data, photos and videos.

With support for USB Power  Delivery Passthrough, you can connect your computer to a wide range of  peripherals and even charge it from the Super Dock with up to 100W of power over  a single cable (requires a suitable USB PD power supply, available  separately).

The dock also features a lock  slot for securing it to a desk when being used in an office or a hot desking  environment.

Universal Compatibility : Windows  & Mac

The Super Dock features twin upstream  USB-C cables to provide support for a wide range of computers. The twin USB-C cables are designed for ultimate flexibility and universal compatibility across all USB-C devices. The two USB-C connectors are magnetic and can be  connected or detached as required giving the flexibility to use the dock with  any USB-C (or Thunderbolt 3) enabled device.

Of the two upstream USB-C cables on  the Super Dock, one is a primary and the other a secondary connection. When  used with Windows computers, the dock will operate with only the primary cable  connected and will power a dual monitor setup (refer to resolution support  table for more information) and other connected accessories. Both the primary  and secondary cables can be used with Windows computers enabled with dual  USB-C outputs for the best performance and resolution support.

The dock is designed to be a natural  extension of your Macbook Pro/Air. The twin magnetic connectors are especially  designed to match the dual USB-C (Thunderbolt 3) outputs on the Macbook  Pro/Air. The dock performs at its best with support for dual 4K displays and  all other accessories with Macs when both the USB-C connectors are plugged in.

When  the secondary cable is not in use, it can be clipped to itself for storage for  a tidy setup.

Our goal with the Super Dock was to create a design that would fit into not only the Apple ecosystem, but with all brands of laptops and devices seamlessly. We wanted a modern look that would not stand out or intrude on your setup whilst also providing great flexibility when on-the-go.

ALOGIC warrants that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.  If you feel your ALOGIC product is faulty and requires replacement, please contact us at support@alogic.co.  Once we have verified your issue, you will receive a case number before proceeding further.
