How does SENSE communicate?
SENSE is controlled via a mobile APP that uses SMS commands for exchanging information between SENSE and your mobile phone. SENSE does not require the Internet connection and can be accessed in limited areas such as mountains, lakes or other rural areas. Thanks to this you will also save money on data services, especially when you are abroad.
Why do I need GPS/GLONASS localization?
Thanks to GPS and GLONASS high quality antenna and chip, you will know exactly where your object (caravan, yacht,..) is located. You can use Guard functionality to receive notification whenever your object changes its position real time! Or even more, you can use it to easily navigate to your object's current location!
What happens if caravan/boat battery voltage drops?
SENSE is constantly monitoring input voltage and therefore you can set Voltage level alert to get a notification whenever your system is running on low power! SENSE has 4xAA batteries (not included in package), so even in case your power supply is completely off, you can still get notified!

How accurate SENSE measures temperature?
SENSE is using precise digital temperature sensors in a small waterproof case for temperature measurement. SENSE is designed to measure two temperatures and gives you the option to set required hysteresis.
How SENSE temperature control works?
Based on first temperature sensor input, SENSE operates heating and cooling outputs to achieve desired temperature, while taking into account hysteresis. Second temperature sensor input is used for ambient temperature measurement and for antifreeze notification.
What kinds of temperature control modes are possible with SENSE?
SENSE can operate heating and cooling in automatic mode, timer mode or manual control mode. In automatic mode, you can enjoy temperature as you set it up. Timer mode gives you option to specify when heating or cooling should be active. Manual mode gives you complete control over heater and cooler control.
How can I use AUX?
SENSE is capable of operating 2 individual power outputs, each with manual or timer mode. This gives you the ability to operate boiler, lights, garden fountain, fan or anything else that you would like to turn on and off remotely or by the timer. Please keep in mind the technical limits of the outputs.
Alarm functionality, what does it mean for SENSE?
Do you like to get notification to your phone when something is happening? SENSE has potential free contact port where you can connect sensors such as door or window magnetic contact, warning output of some electronics and so on.
Does SENSE have antifreeze function?
Yes, you can setup alarm threshold and when temperature drops below, you will get notification to your phone!

Is it possible to install SENSE to existing systems?
For sure! It is possible to connect SENSE to nearly all systems and installations. With installation manual which is part of the package, you will find easy to read connection schema that will guide you through. If you have some doubts, please let us know via contact form.
What kind of power supply is needed?
SENSE is working with 12V power input. You can use direct connection from your caravan/boat electrical system or use power adapter that suits your country specification and provide 12VDC@1A power.
What is included in the package?
In a package, you can find SENSE, 2x temperature sensors, GPS/GLONASS & GSM combined external antenna, installation and user manual.
Why isn't the adapter a standard part of the package?
ISA watches every aspect of environmental protection within its products / packages. Before you add this accessory, please check at home, perhaps you might have an unused adapter for SENSE available :-). Thank you.
Where can I find the mobile application?&
Mobile application for iOS and Android systems, which will be free of any charge, will be publicly available when in August 2016.
How can I install it myself?
Installation has to be performed according to installation manual. Installation can be performed by medium technically skilled person. When in doubts, please ask electrician to install it. Please always check and follow your local regulations.
