Your faith in our vision empowered us to forge ahead, developing our line of six Concentrated Botanical Teas.

The journey has been filled with ups and downs. We navigated through complexities in refining our formulas, establishing a robust supply chain for quality ingredients, and even building a dedicated facility where each product is handcrafted with the highest standards. Your trust has been instrumental in making this project possible, and for that, we are eternally grateful.

It is with a heavy heart that we must discuss some challenging updates regarding the fulfillment of the rewards promised in our 2020 Indiegogo campaign. Regrettably, while we fulfilled part of our rewards, we find ourselves in a position of not being able to deliver the rest as initially promised. However, please know that we are wholly committed to setting things right. With that said, we want to refund your investment towards us and apologize to you for taking so long. 

To make your refund process as smooth and convenient as possible, we offer various options like PayPal, Bank Transfer, etc. If you require a different option, please reach out, and we'll do our best to find a suitable alternative. You can submit your details through this form for prompt processing, and you should expect to receive your refunds within the next 7-10 business days.

What's Next For YUNO?

We are embarking on a complete makeover, a new and refreshed start with improved formulations and brand new product experiences. As we have always been passionate and curious about Microbiome Care, we continued our research and development over the past 3 years to bring to you a whole new experience that embodies the finest of botanicals. Our products prioritize function, form, and experience, drawing inspiration from the science of microbiome and the allure of desserts in every delightful sip.

As we unveil a brand new experience, we offer our Indiegogo patrons – who have been near and dear to us – a special code “IGG2020” during checkout to enhance your experience.
