1. Why haven’t I received survey?
If you ordered after June 20th 2016, your survey will be sent to you 10 days after the purchase date. You can contact our customer service at iggcs@nonda.us for further assistance.
2. How do I select which cables I want?
For backers who made an order between May 3rd and June 20th 2016, you should have received a survey from Backerkit asking you for your cable preferences via the email you used to register on Indiegogo. For orders placed after June 20th, you should receive a survey from Backerkit 10 days after your purchase date.
3. I got the perk with the ZUS Car Charger that comes in a FREE GIFT BOX. When can I expect to receive my package?
For the following select countries, your package will be delivered just in time for Christmas when you place an order by November 28th and complete your survey by December 9th.
