The warranty period is one year as standard, and exchanges or returns due to simple changes of mind are not permitted.

If there is a defect in the product, please email photos or videos to bcs1006@nate.com along with an explanation of the issue. We will review the problem, and if the product is determined to be defective, we will proceed with a replacement. Please note that the sponsor will be responsible for the cost of reshipment and customs duties during this process.

In the event of a product being discontinued, we will inform you in advance that we can no longer provide a warranty for that item.
