<p>Isabel&rsquo;s work thus far has focused on immigration issues in the United States and Latin America. She has worked on projects such as a photo essay on female-dominated towns in Mexico, a multimedia project on witnessing the revolution in Cuba from the perspective of a deaf farmer, and a written and photo project on the mother of a gunshot victim in Queens. She has done freelance photography for the Associated Press and her work has appeared in the New York Times&rsquo; Lens blog, the Associated Press, Whitewall Magazine and CITY Magazine. She also co-founded The Tertulia, an arts blog for young adults living in New York City. Isabel graduated from New York University with a B.F.A. in Photography and Imaging and Journalism with a minor in Documentary Film.</p>
