Working class activist

On the day that the Citizens United v FEC decision was handed down, I knew my life was about to change. On August 11, 2011 David Cobb, field organizer for Move to Amend came to Ithaca and gave a talk. About one month later, MTA - Ithaca held its first meeting. (Five days later, Zucotti Park was occupied.) Since then, my involvement had deepened, both in terms of activism and intellectual understanding of the Citizens United case, amendment history and the Constitution. See Amendment Gazette.
