Tobias Olofsson

My name is Tobias Olofsson. I grew up in in a nature-interested family in a little village called Lerberget in southern Sweden. My grandfather (Tage Kimblad) was the oldest (98 years) and most experienced beekeeper in Sweden with his 81 years keeping bees. He introduced me to the world of honeybees and honey. I am a molecular biologist with a PhD in engineering and works with medical microbiology research and with developing research ideas with innovation in mind together with Alejandra Vasquez.
