<p>Joy is a street artist, green activist and social entrepreneur. He focuses on art in public spaces and specially on everything floating. Together with the NGO Positive Nett-Works, he started and manages the ongoing project "asap-island", a sustainable floating island out of recycled materials. (under construction in Goa/India &gt; <a href="http://www.asap-island.org)">www.asap-island.org)</a></p> <p>In this context, he started a joint venture with Prince Michael of Sealand to concentrate relevant sea-related knowledge at the "Sealand Multiversity"</p> <p>But this "floating community" evolved into a more complex and global Makerspace pretty soon and started its OnlineCampus at the VisionSummit Potsdam 2012. The OffshoreCampus was founded on 3rd of sept. 2012 at the Principality of Sealand.</p>
