I'm a man, like any other man, just spicier

I like hot sauce, cool music, and long walks in the mountains. (Well, I do!) I went to the Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts and I have worked in all sorts of restaurants and hotels ever since (with a few odd detours!). I've been a Chef with a large Culinary Management company for five years. My favorite things are cooking for my Family and friends, going to Cleveland Indians games and making music. I am passionate about local and sustainable foods. I love growing and eating plants!
