I'm a principal of the award-winning film and new media company Fathom Film Group, who are a group of dedicated filmmakers/storytellers whose work has screened internationally and aired on CBC, BBC, HBO, TVO, SBS, ABC, ZDF, Discovery Channel and History Channel. My last project, The Defector: Escape from North Korea, was selected into 27 film festivals, winning Best Documentary and Best Doc Director at the 2014 Canadian Screen Awards, as well as a SXSW Interactive Award, Digi Award, FITC Award.
