Teach for Ghana is a leadership and education fellowship attracting top university graduates with a passion for educational equity for all children.

Our fellowship program provides leadership training,teacher training, coaching, and competitive compensation to highly qualified recent graduates from various disciplines. Teach for Ghana fellows teach in basic schools in deprived communities for two years, impacting the lives of children, effecting change in teaching practice, school culture, and educational outcomes in the communities they serve. We believe that one day all children will have access to an excellent education.
