Fattah Abbou is a Moroccan-American professional Amazigh musician who has played his traditional music for over thirty-five years in Morocco, Europe, and the United States. He is a music teacher and a leader of the band Aza (www.azamusic.com). He was given the 2015 award by Morocco's Tayri n Wakal (Love of the Land Association) for his contributions to the preservation of Amazigh culture.
