From a young age I have always been fascinated with food and movement; and what it can do for our bodies. My early curiosity with food and everything good for you led me to pursue my passions and a career as a Holistic Health Coach and Yoga Teacher. I live and breathe what I do and I truly love bringing people together to learn and grow. I strive to inspire and empower as many people as possible by sharing my message of a self-care and the importance of a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
