little billz

I'm native to Utah. I'm married with children and grandchildren. My wife and I have been married for thirty six years and we still like each other. At least she tells me she still likes me. I love the grandchildren. They are all boys but nine, and there is nothing quite like the perspective of little people. It is so refreshing.

I worked for twenty seven years at the BYU Bookstore. Recently, they did a dramatic downsize and my position was eliminated. I am technically retired but can't quit working.

Aside from that I am a wannabe potter, painter, sculptor and woodworker. I am active in a religious organization, and enjoy helping people. I try to read something good, positive, and inspiring each day.

The idea for my hats came as a result of my experience driving a fork lift. In the winter it was cold on the dock so I wore a hat to keep my head warm. That created a problem because the bill of the hat kept me from seeing when placing a pallet on the top shelf. I solved the problem by cutting the bill off, well not entirely off, I cut it down to 1 3/8 inches.

When customers came to the dock many would ask about my hat and where they could get one. I made a few custom hats and frequently they would say you ought to go into business. So I am......going in to business.

My Indiegogo campaign is about ending unemployment, (Mine), stimulating the economy, bringing a new product to market, and having fun doing it.

If you like it and are willing to help, bless you, and, thank you... for your support.

bh
