Kathryn Curtis

My name is Kathryn Curtis and I am passionate about health, food, and the environment. I have lived all across South America planting strawberries, constructing clay houses, and building water cisterns. My current research in Brazil focuses on water security issues. As a published author, I have the experience necessary to complete this project. I believe a coloring book will be a more impactful and fun way to share the important information we all need to know about water scarcity.
