With over nine years of experience, I have shot films all over the world, from our own backyard in Yosemite all the way to the Far East. I have extensive experience with adventure documentaries and music videos as a director, producer, director of photography, music coordinator, editor and actor.

<span style="font-family:Helvetica;mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman"">

<span style="font-family:Helvetica;mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman"">Over the years I have held a variety of diverse positions: programmer analyst, engineer, math teacher and tutor. The common thread in all is the delivery of information. I believe this is why I gravitated towards film related media. Only in this medium do I feel a sense of balance between the technical and the creative elements.

<span style="font-family:Helvetica;mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman"">

<span style="font-family:Helvetica;mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman"">As a child I was obsessed with Indiana Jones (and still am to a certain extent), and feel that documentary filmmaking is the closest I can get to being the legendary archaeologist. I have found that I have a knack for stumbling across the unexpected. While in India, for instance, I came across two snow leopards hunting in the wild. I would only find out a bit later that it was the only footage of its kind at the time, and it is still the only ironclad evidence of snow leopards hunting prey much larger than themselves. So you can rest assured that I will likely capture surprising footage on my travels.

<span style="font-family:Helvetica;mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman"">

To see samples of my work, go to http://www.youtube.com/user/180filmsnetwork, or www.180films.com
