Steven Ripley

I am the owner of RipCity Dance, and a person who likes to dance.

I am 57. In the fall of 2014 I took a dance workshop, and worked with an awesome 17 year old, Tabitha. Together, we explored doing handstands, and with her patient help, I did my first handstand. It was a profound experience. It got me thinking how many of the best experiences in life happen as we share between generations, in families, with friends, in schools, and in classes. I am committed to the strength, beauty and fun of dance, and to building a home for family dance in Seattle.
