As a woman working in the industry, she is also committed to working with and giving other women, whenever possible, the opportunity to gain experience and knowledge via key roles in the production process and believes it is important to allow a space for their stories, voices and capabilities. <br /><br />An emerging screenwriter, film and theatre maker, she has been involved in and studying drama and film making over the past 5 years. During that time she has written several short plays and films. In 2009, Aarhon had the opportunity to write, direct, edit and film a short film project entitled <span style="font-style: italic;">Home Movie</span>, <span style="font-style: italic;">A Life in Process</span> which was screened at the 'Big Story Short Film Festival' in Canberra. <span style="font-style: italic;">AustrAliens</span> is her first feature script and venture into directing a feature film.</p> <p class="null">&nbsp;</p> </div> </div>
