I've done my best to help others over the years. I've been involved and chaired Canada Post's United Way campaign and helped launch the Canada Post Foundation for Mental Health. I've also been involved in/organized teams for the Labatt 24 relay, Relay for Life, CityChase, HOPE, etc. I also do music quizzes for charity: I've done about 20 to date. On Facebook, I'm one of the admins for the Ottawa Bluesfest Fan Page.
