2013 is off to a rocky start!

My name is Kim and I am a disabled/divorced mom of 4 wonderful kids. I only have one son left at home. I am in the postion of making a life changing move. Not only for us but for my dad. He just had a triple bypass and is just starting recovery in the hospital. He is due to be released soon and I am trying to move back before he is released so we can help him. I have faced many challenges, just like others have I am sure. The things that have happend in this short time of a new year are unbelievable. As I struggle to see what has happend around the world, I still believe we are blessed and fortunate. This is only a speed bump and we will get through it. It is just bad timing in that my mom passed away almost a year ago to the date. So we value our family time more than ever. We all know that life can change in instant and it is my goal to make the most of it until those changes happen. I am praying for my family as well as all of those with unspoken needs at this time.
