A Meisner-trained actor and accomplished photographer, Idalina was born in Toronto, Canada. In 2008, Idalina co-founded and became artistic director of Nightshade Productions, an independent film production company focusing on thought-provoking cinema to raise awareness and money for social and political issues. In late 2009, she became associate producer and cast member of the feature film, “TL7” starring Danny Dyer and Tamer Hassan. In 2010, she created 'a film company'.
