I am a writer. I am an urban farmer which means some of my neighbors wonder what in the hell is going on in my yard. What with the big ol' Collard Green trees and keyhole garden and strawbales (now mulch)! I live with pets. I wonder a lot. I cook every day. Indian, Thai, Vietnamese and Refrigerator (as in make something from whatever's in the fridge) are my favorites. I cook my homeland food (south Louisiana) on request and when I am sick for home. Shrimp and salmon are my true loves.
