The Quarantine is an international short film festival taking place on the beach in Varna, Bulgaria. It's organised by "Dedalus" art school and is completely voluntary. Our goal is to make young artist popular and help them enter the film professionals' circles. The festival takes place in the last active fishing village in Varna called "The Quarantine". We want to protect and preserve the village as a cultural zone for art.
