For the past 16 years I have been, in one way or another, a part pf Teahouse of the Mullah Nasrudin's Donkey. Don Brown, the founder, passed his business to me and my wife, in 2008, when he fell ill which ultimately took his life. Now, 7 years later, we have taken the time to gain further knowledge of our craft. For the last 5 years I have been roasting coffee for our business with a machine I built from a gas grill.
