I've been enjoying a raw and living-food lifestyle for the better part of 3 years, and I am living proof of the benefits. When I first discovered living food, I was a double major in art history and theater at Portland State University, a full-time custom picture framer and an actor both at the Brody Theater improvising and in various plays around town. People wondered when I slept! </font></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:150%"><font color="#000000" face="Arial"> The truth is eating the way I do affords me energy enough to learn, work, perform AND have a life. The benefits of raw and living foods are innumerable, and I've gone from being a 180 pound, overwhelmed woman with a severe gluten allergy and a tendency toward depression to a 150 pound ball of light and energy who her friends and family look to every day for advice on eating.</font></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:150%"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial; line-height: 150%; "> It's my personal mission to become an expert on nutrition and raw and living foods, in all their forms!
