I have had a love of poetry ever since I was young, and in recent years I have been blessed with the opportunity to share this passion with my community. In 2014, I was inspired to start a poetry slam in Jamestown, NY. Since the inception of Pulse Poetry Slam, I have hosted over 30 events in the local community. I have had the privilege of meeting some of the most incredible artists this area has to offer, and I have seen first hand the impact of the arts in our every day lives.
