Ariel Liu is a writer-director from Taiwan with passions for storytelling. With a background in literature, she has been writing stories and novels since she was young. So far, she has done more than 10 short films of various genres all based on her own scripts, some of which were officially selected into international festivals . One of her 5-minute drama/ thriller film The Exit, shot on 35mm, has won The Best Student Short Film both in Miami Independent Film Festival.
