My name is Elaine Trevino and I was born and raised in the Central Valley of California, so my inspiration comes from wanting to help California conserve water and provide long term solutions to our dire drought situation. During my professional career I have directly and indirectly focused on water issues in California. The last four years of severe drought in California has brought water conservation to the forefront of public and private efforts to help quench California's thirst for water.
