Crone on the Road
I'm 67, an odd age to begin a demanding tour of the lands where elephants live, and now where they die for trinkets and greed, joining the fight for their survival. But I can't stay home. I live by the slogan, "when you fight, you win," and I want to do my bit toward victory. I'm best described by Mark Twain: "She was neither refined nor unrefined. She was the sort of person who keeps a parrot."
