I was born in Acapulco and raised by Chef Mother, i grew up only knowing the restaurant business as my source of social environment which made for an amazing childhood. i had the opportunity to take my passion and further my knowledge by studying culinary arts in Montreal and work in the city for a few years. I relocated to Buffalo in 2010 and worked for Seneca Niagara Casino , two years ago i opened Jaguar at the Bistro and now I am looking to bring you Las Puertas.
