Helping to preserve a bit of movie house history in the city I love!

Let me take a moment at this point to introduce myself to you. I have lived in Parma for 7 years now, but I grew up in Broadview Heights. However much of my family and friends over the years lived (some still live) in Parma. I have spent much of my time in the city of Parma because of that so much in fact that when it came time for us to establish ourselves in a home Parma was the first choice of my wife and I. I have been married to Jennifer Maxim for over 10 years now and we have four children that attend the Parma school system. As far as my personal information goes that would qualify me to spearhead this organization and achieve this goal I bring some experience to the table. Much of my professional life has been in retail management in some form. I feel that I have fine tuned my social skills with customers quite extensively. I was a firm believer in my time in retail management that the customers were the heart and soul of any business and I still believe that. As far as non-profit and charity work goes I have volunteered off and on over the years with my biggest experience in the field of arts years ago working with the Broadview Heights Lion’s Club managing the acting/artistic group for their charity haunted house Bloodview. I managed Acting/Special FX for them for three years in the 1990’s as well as participated in the daily operation of the haunt. Since then I have worked off and on as a consultant for other charity haunts across the United States. Currently I freelance providing services for websites and promotion. Throughout the years I have made professional contacts into friends which branch into the music and entertainment fields. I bring my experience and contacts to the table. However the most important qualification I feel I have is the desire to succeed in this project. I want to accomplish our goals for my children…my community for years to come. I am determined to be successful in this venture and hope I have accurately expressed that.

Feel free to contact me with any questions, comments, concerns, or tips at saveparmatheater@gmail.org
