Helping Each Other Find A Cure

My name is Cristin Barth. I am a senior Graphic Designer at The Art Institute of Boston at Lesley University. My father passed away 6 years ago from pancreatic cancer when I was 18 years old. When we were asked to make a project about something that we care about, naturally I think of my family. I wanted to create something that may have helped me and my family through such a difficult time in our lives. That was when the idea of Patchwork was born. I have been designing the website for the past year now and the ideas for this project have become bigger than me. I hope to raise $10,500 to hire a developer to code my site and take it from a school project to a real tool on the internet. It is something that I wish I had when things were at its worst and I will definitely be using it once it goes live on the internet to help others and start grieving in a healthy way. Thank you so much for your interest in this project. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact me at patchworknetwork@gmail.com.
