After moving to Los Angeles in 2002 and acquiring my BA in Film Theory just four short years later, I found myself captivated by the theater community here in LA. Cultivating my talents on stage and off with Theatre 68, I began focusing on my writing and learned that I had strengths behind the scenes as well. After years of theater, I decided I wanted to no longer be told what parts were available to me, or any other women, so I began writing the ones I wanted to play.
