<p>Most recently, Adina performed a new version of <em><strong>A Line in the Sand</strong></em>, her one person docudrama about the Columbine High School shootings, at The United Solo Theatre Festival in 2010, at The Moondance International Film Festival in 2009, where she received the award for Best Stageplay. and at The Midtown International Theatre Festival in New York City in 2007, where she received the award for Outstanding Production of a Solo Show.&nbsp; She has performed earlier versions of the play at both the New York International Fringe Festival (2001), the Edinburgh International Fringe Festival (2003), and at Foothill Theatre Company in Nevada City, CA (2006).&nbsp; For her first play, <strong><em>Tell Me About Adina</em></strong>, based on the life of her grandmother after whom she was named, she was nominated for a Bay Area Theater Critics Circle award for Best Solo Performance.&nbsp; Adina toured with TheatreWorksUSA playing the role of Aunt Willie in <strong><em>Summer of the Swans</em></strong>. She is a co-founder of Atolas Theatre Company in New York City. For their inaugural production, <strong><em>Little Egypt</em></strong>, she played the role of Bernadette.&nbsp; Adina&rsquo;s other New York credits include:&nbsp; Mary in <strong><em>The Blow Up</em></strong>, part of the Estrogenius 2002 Festival at Manhattan Theatre Source, and various roles at Ensemble Studio Theatre, Pulse Ensemble Theatre, and The Gallery Players.&nbsp; She received her MFA in Acting from the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco and performed in the Bay Area at Center Rep as Jessica in <strong><em>The Merchant of Venice</em></strong> and at Shakespeare at the Beach as Phebe in <strong>As You Like It</strong>, among other theaters.&nbsp; She is the proud mother of Emma (7 years old) and Madeleine (4 years old).<strong><br /> </strong></p>
