​ Eric is best known as a person who energizes the youth and helps them in the arena of leadership and organizational performance. He works with different age group students in the Omaha, NE area while simultaneously leading couple of economic development projects in Burkina Faso. His best assets are his sense of posititity, persistence, humor,and the fact that a lot of young people easily identify with him due to his troubled past. He is now a dance instructor and a youth motivational speaker.
