Irene Nickolai is the award winning Division Manager for Douglas Elliman Commercial Real Estate. Additionally, she opened one of the first galleries in the Chelsea art district, producing more than 40 solo and group exhibitions, including 5 large scale public installations. Irene is the President of the Callicoon Business Association and has produced The Callicoon Artwalk, Dickens on the Delaware, and The Callicoon Country Fair.
