Puppet Cinema

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Founded by Zvi Sahar,&nbsp;<strong>PuppetCinema </strong>is&nbsp;a new kind of conceptual performance that combines puppetry, theatre, and film. Using live camera feeds, we let our audience get up-close-and-personal with the puppets on stage.</span></p> <p class="p2">PuppetCinema's mission is to explore the dialogue between different forms of media to build an artistic synergy: the live energy of the puppets and theatrical design combined with the camera, which actively participates in the dramatic events and enriches the world of the puppets by revealing new angles, perspectives, and visuals in a way not possible in conventional theater.&nbsp;<br /><br />This interaction, together with puppeteers, actors, technical equipment, set pieces, camera man, and light technicians &ndash; who are all equally exposed &ndash; deepens the dramatic story and creates a completely new theatrical experience for the audience.&nbsp;</p> <p class="p2">&nbsp;</p> <p class="p2"><strong>Special thanks to Sigal Seeber and the General Consulate of Israel in Los Angeles</strong></p>
