FarmStays Ladakh

FarmStays Ladakh is an initiative of mothers in Ladakhi villages together with the Ice Stupa Project to bring back life in their village and make them models of rural resurgence and harmonious development for the whole Himalayas. To counter massive urban migration, village women use farm based tourism to convert their homes into employers. Visitors get a taste of authentic Ladakhi culture and hospitality while the village becomes attractive for the youth as they meet people from the world!
