<p>Hi! I am Amber Abramson, owner and creater of Busy-Being. I am a single mother, a shop owner, the Associate Director of a Los Angeles based gallery, and also a full-time student! Busy-Being was launched as an online store in 2004 carrying items made by the artists and friends I worked with in the art gallery. My son and I relocated to Austin, TX from Los Angeles, CA in 2011 and I opened up Busy-Being as a physical shop that November in the back room of a friend's bookstore.</p>
