<p>I've been a fantasy and science fiction geek since I picked up my first Tolkien and Star Wars novels (I know...) in elementary school, and fell into gaming in a big way in college. After completing my Master of Arts in English Literature with a specialization in Medieval secular romances, I decided that academia wasn't right for me, and moved on to pursue my other passions.</p> <p>I'm currently working for a Canadian online game store, Starlit Citadel, doing a mix of marketing and customer service, and working hard on our weekly video board game review series. It's an exciting job that lets me further develop my writing and analysis skills while working in an industry that I'm passionate about. When I'm not selling games or playing them, you'll find me practicing Historical European Martial Arts, mostly with a rapier and dagger in hand.</p>
