I'm a screenwriter and filmmaker from Ottawa, Canada, and the founding director of Element 109, a production company that uses cinema to shine a light on mental illness and social issues. In 2010 I produced a documentary in Sierra Leone about post-conflict development. My feature script "Alphabet City" was a semi-finalist in the 2018 Austin Film Festival script competition, and my short films "From Sarajevo" and "Saint Charles Place" have screened in international film festivals worldwide.
