I'm a former Air Force C-130 pilot with over a 100 combat sorties. I served as an English Professor at the U.S. Air Force Academy and as a fiction editor for their journal, War, Literature & the Arts (WLA). My stories, poetry and essays have appeared in a variety of journals and anthologies, including winning the 2014 Consequence Magazine Fiction Award. I've performed on stage at the Library of Congress and The Guthrie Theater. I currently resides in Northfield, MN. website: www.jamesmoad.com
