I spent 20 years building both my soft and hard skills in the Entertainment Industry. During that time I had the good fortune of learning from some of the best in that business. I learned that innovation comes in all forms, being a good leader means putting people in the right seat on the bus (and consequently recognizing when they need to get off that bus), embrace change, listen, be proud of what you do, enjoy who you are doing it with, and most importantly be authentic in all ways.
