Nadhi Thekkek is the Artistic Director of Nava Dance Theatre, a bharatanatyam company in San Francisco. Her work has been supported by CounterPulse Performing Diaspora, CA$H Grants, Zellerbach Family Foundation, Dancers' Group and others. Nadhi has trained under gurus Sundara Swaminathan (Kala Vandana Dance Company, San Jose), Padmini Chari (Nritya School of Dance, Houston), and A. Lakshmanaswamy (Nrityalakshana, Chennai.) She also studies music under Anu Suresh (Shruthi Swara Laya, Fremont.)
