I'm the Editor-in-Chief of Silicon Allee, Germany's best - and only independent - source of English-language tech news. I moved to Berlin in 2007 to become Deputy Editor of Bild.de's Second Life-based publication The AvaStar, before setting up and editing Bild.com. Later, I became a freelancer for news portals including Spiegel Online, before setting up Silicon Allee in 2011.
