Living across the street from a local movie theater in his childhood years in West New York, motion pictures were as much of a family to Steven Lopez as his own mother and father. His childhood dreams of filmmaking were brought out at the age of 10 when his father gifted him his first camcorder. From there, he would continuously make home movies and animations with friends up to his teenage years in high school.
